We currently ship to New Zealand only.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer Free Shipping only.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (minus shipping costs).
7. Lost or Damaged Items
While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If this happens:
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and proof of the issue (e.g., photos for damaged items.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
