What is in the kit?

• 1 × DCB184-XE battery: DeWalt 18V XR lithium-ion, 5.0Ah (90Wh nominal), with a state-of-charge indicator.
• 1 × DCB1104-XE charger: DeWalt multi-voltage charger with diagnostic charge-status indicator and compact design. Check the unit label and supplied plug before use.

Compatibility and performance

The DCB184-XE battery powers compatible DeWalt 18V XR slide-on tools. It does not supply 54V to a 54V-only FlexVolt tool. The DCB1104-XE charger is described in the existing listing as charging compatible DeWalt 12V XR, 18V XR and XR FlexVolt lithium-ion batteries; charger support does not make the included 18V battery a 54V battery. Check your tool and battery manuals for model-specific compatibility.

At the same 18V, 5.0Ah offers about 67% more rated capacity than 3.0Ah. Actual runtime varies with the tool, workload, temperature and battery condition. Charge time depends on charger output and battery condition; a fixed 75-minute time has not been verified for this kit.
