Your Makita 40V XGT battery already holds plenty of power. This rugged adapter lets you use it as a heavy-duty power bank on site. Clip on a BL4025, BL4040 or larger XGT pack and charge your iPhone, Samsung, iPad, headlamp or jobsite radio from two USB ports, with no mains power needed.
It's built for the building site, the bach, fishing trips and power cuts. The tough casing and belt clip keep it within reach, and built-in protection circuits look after both your devices and your battery.

- Compatible Makita 40V Max XGT batteries: BL4020, BL4025 (2.5Ah), BL4040 (4.0Ah), BL4050F (5.0Ah), BL4080F (8.0Ah)
- NOT compatible with: Makita 18V LXT batteries (BL1830, BL1850, etc.) or 12V CXT batteries. Check that you have a 40V Max XGT battery before ordering.

Will it drain my 40V battery if left attached?
Built-in low-voltage cut-off stops the adapter before your battery is deep-discharged. For long-term storage, remove the battery from the adapter.
Can I use it with my Makita 18V LXT batteries?
No. 40V XGT and 18V LXT batteries use different rail designs, and this adapter only fits 40V Max XGT batteries.
